Now that you have browsed our web site, just the thought of floating gently across the blue Arizona sky surely has you wishing you were up there! Well, the wait is over! Here is how you can schedule your balloon flight!
*By Phone: If, after browsing our web site, you still have additional questions about our company or questions about ballooning in general, we have answers! Give us a call at (480) 807-0001. Office hours vary, depending on our flying schedule. You can generally call between 8:00am and 9:00pm seven days a week. In the event no one is able to take your call, please leave a message and we will call you back shortly. We are out of the office often on flights or in between flights (or other related business). However, we do check messages regularly and will call back as soon as possible. All reservations are made thru this website at the links below, are paid in full and fully refundable as per our cancellation policy.
*Online: The easiest way to schedule a flight. You can purchase your flight online using our safe and secure paypal logo forms! To schedule online:
1. You will first need to email us (or call our office) and confirm availability of your desired flight date and time.
2. Please review our cancellation policy.
3. Choose your desired flight package below and click on ‘Buy now’. You will be taken to the secure Paypal online form to make your reservation. An email receipt will be sent to you immediately upon completion of your purchase.
4. Please provide a phone number and email address in the ‘Message to Seller’ box (during the Paypal process) as we will need this to contact you the evening before your flight to confirm flight information. Any additional questions or comments you may have can also be posted here.
5. You will receive an email from us with details concerning your flight (meeting location, time, etc.) within 24 hours of your purchase.

Private flight for two people: (Gold Canyon)
– includes approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hour flight and complimentary champagne toast.
Sunrise flight only. October-May.
$750.00/per couple.
Private flight for two people: (Lake Pleasant)
– includes approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hour flight and complimentary champagne toast.
Sunrise flight only. October-May.

Private flight for two people: (Maricopa)
– includes approximately 1 hour flight and complimentary champagne toast. Sunset flight available from November-March. Sunrise flight available October-May.

Gift Certificates!!! (private for 2): A balloon flight is an excellent gift idea and will provide memories that will last a lifetime! You can purchase a gift certificate online and we will send your gift certificate package out shortly after receiving your payment. Gift Certificates are redeemable for any of our standard flights in the Phoenix area. Gift certificates expire 1 year after date of issue. (Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable).
Although we specialize in private flights for 2 people, we can sometimes accommodate small groups. Our group rates are as follows:
Group flights are exclusive for your group only and are scheduled based on availability of balloons and pilots. Please call our office at (480) 807-0001 to inquire about scheduling a group flight for 3 or more people. Thanks!
We accept cash and credit card payments only. All flights are pre-paid.
Cancellation policy:
We require a minimum of 48 hours (from the scheduled meeting time) if a cancellation is necessary for a full refund. This is so we can schedule other passengers in your place. Absolutely no refund of flight rate for cancellations made less than 48 hours or for a no show at the scheduled meeting time the day of the flight. Full refund is available for flights canceled by Roping The Wind Hot Air Balloon Company due to inclement weather, etc. if rescheduling is not an option. Gift Certificate flights not canceled within the cancellation policy will forfeit the use of the gift certificate and it will be considered flown.
Please understand, we are a small company that offers very personalized service. We typically put up only one balloon per available flight slot. If there is a last minute cancellation or a no show the morning of the flight, we are left ‘grounded’ with no ability to put other passengers in place and we lose that flight. While we fly because we love to fly, this is also how your pilot makes his living!
